The Slatted 5 year Warranty
1. Products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of Five (5) years from the date of invoice.
2. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, or abuse.
3. Product, at the option of the manufacturer, will be repaired, replaced, or the purchase price refunded on any items found defective upon inspection by an authorized service representative.
4. Purchasers should be aware that normal use of these high quality products can result in superficial damage affecting the finish.
5. Scratches, nicks, and dents made after delivery are to be considered normal wear and tear, and are not the responsibility of the manufacturer.
